2. Services Provided
Lynx Training Academy provides professional training courses, including but not limited to health and social care certifications. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or switch the delivery method (e.g., in-person to online) of any course at our discretion.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Payment: Full payment or a valid purchase order must be received prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confirmation: A booking is only considered "confirmed" once you receive a written confirmation email from us.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our standard policy is as follows:

5. Delegate Conduct & Requirements
- Punctuality: Delegates must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in the instructor refusing entry if the delegate has missed mandatory safety information.
- ID Requirements: For accredited courses, delegates must provide valid photographic identification.
- Competence: Certificates are issued based on the successful completion of the course and assessment. Attendance alone does not guarantee a certificate of competence.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Lynx Training Academy Limited owns the intellectual property rights for all training materials, handbooks, and digital content provided. These materials are for personal/internal use only and must not be reproduced or redistributed without our express consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lynx Training Academy will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the application of training if the delegate fails to follow the specific instructions provided during the course or ignores industry-standard safety protocols.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
