After more than a decade working in learning disability services, she founded Lynx Training Academy to prove that trainers with lived experience deserve professional careers, fair pay, and genuine respect.
Claire believes that the best Oliver McGowan training comes from people who truly understand what they're teaching, and she's built a team of 20+ professional trainers who embody that principle every day.
We're always looking for passionate people with lived experience of autism and/or learning disabilities to train as co-trainers.
Full training provided and dedicated support throughout.
