Sharon Wilson is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Lynx Training Academy and Managing Director of Lynx Support Services. With over 35 years of management experience—including 15 years in health and social care—she is committed to making a meaningful and lasting difference in people's lives.
Sharon believes that empowering staff through high-quality, bespoke training—including Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training—is fundamental to delivering truly person-centred, compassionate support. Under her leadership, Lynx has built a culture where knowledge, reflection and continuous development underpin safe, responsive and well-led services.
But Sharon's vision goes beyond service delivery. She is passionate about creating genuine, sustainable employment opportunities for people who haven't always been given the chance to thrive.
