NHS-Approved Facilitator Trainer

Nicole is a Registered Nurse with a First-Class Honours degree in Adult Nursing (Biomedical Sciences). She combines strong clinical expertise with frontline experience, including working through the COVID-19 pandemic supporting individuals and families during one of the most demanding periods in modern healthcare.

As a Facilitator Trainer with Lynx Training Academy, Nicole brings both professional knowledge and personal insight. As someone who is neurodivergent, she understands first-hand how differences shape communication, confidence and lived experience—enabling her to deliver authentic, empathetic training that resonates across health and social care settings.

Her ability to bridge clinical understanding with real-world experience strengthens conversations around reasonable adjustments, person-centred practice and reducing diagnostic overshadowing. Nicole is passionate about improving outcomes, challenging assumptions and helping services translate learning into meaningful, compassionate care.
