Ruby Robinson is the Training Coordinator at Lynx Training Academy, ensuring the seamless planning and delivery of Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training across the organisation.
With an undergraduate degree in Criminology & Psychology and a Master's in Psychology, Ruby brings genuine insight into human behaviour and individual experience. Combined with strong interpersonal skills honed through customer-facing roles, she offers empathy, organisation and practical intelligence to everything she does.
At Lynx, Ruby works behind the scenes to support co-trainers—including Experts by Experience—coordinating logistics, providing hands-on support, and ensuring every training session is well-prepared and professionally delivered. Her role is central to creating an inclusive environment where trainers feel valued and empowered.
Ruby is driven by a commitment to work that matters—training that strengthens understanding and practice across health and social care. Through her coordination and support, she ensures Lynx delivers sessions that are not only well-organised, but impactful and people-centred.
We're always looking for passionate people with lived experience of autism and/or learning disabilities to train as co-trainers.
Full training provided, dedicated support throughout, and £150 per 3-hour session.
